  • PRUs, Alternative Provisions, Virtual Schools

  • Youth Services, Children's Social Work Services

If you are unsure whether you can make a referral, please get in touch by emailing education@mapcharity.org

To Make a referral

Filling out the referral form will help us understand the needs of the young person you believe would benefit from working with MAP. After receiving the form, we can arrange for you, the young person, and their parent or carer to visit our centre. This visit will allow everyone to meet our team and tour our facilities, enabling us to assess whether we can meet the young person's needs.

Please fill out the form below. Once complete, you will be contacted within 2 working days to arrange an initial visit.

We welcome referrals from the following organisations: Local authorities, including SENSAP, Schools, Academies and Special Schools, Pupil Referral Units, Alternative Provisions, Area Inclusion Partnerships, Clusters, Virtual Schools, Youth Services, and Children's Social Care, Youth Justice Services. If you are not sure if your organisation fits within these categories, please contact our Head of Education by emailing education@mapcharity.org.
